| Park Overview | Established with the approval of the State Council on February 28th, 2013, the Hainan Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone is China’s first national development park that offers international medical tourism services, low-carbon ecological community services and international convergence services. The pilot zone is highly praised as the “Second Movement of ‘Boao Forum for Asia’” by Premier Li Keqiang and is given nine preferential policies by the State Council. The project plans to build an international medical tourism demonstration base with first-class hardware facilities, a high service level and an international service idea. After completion, the zone will be inhabited by about 56,000 permanent residents and 41,000 jobs will be created. About 5 million medical tourists will be received annually and the annual total output value of core industries will reach RMB33-50 billion. |

| Project Overview | We are actively involved in the construction of the Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone and cooperate with the China Life Insurance Co., Ltd. in building Boao “Lecheng - Xinyuan” Healthcare Center. We also have 53-mu reserve land (for healthcare) and 71-mu surrounding land (mostly for commercial facilities) and plan to develop the land by cooperating with high-quality partners from the fields related to massive health and consumption. |

| Project Overview | The Hainan State Farms Nanping Healthcare Industry is one of the 25 provincial key parks under three categories set up in the context of the “Belt and Road” Strategic Layout and “Thirteenth Five-Year” Plan, one of the two health industrial parks in Hainan and one of the eight parks built by the Hainan State Farms. The park will make the best of international tourism island’s brand effect, the preferential policy for the free trade zone (port) construction, the Greater Sanya tourism circle construction, the excellent regional ecological environment, the suitable climatic conditions and the Hainan State Farms’ land resource advantages to develop the massive health industry composed of “characteristic healthcare, TCM and health technology”. The park is located on the Nanping Farm, Lingshui County, Hainan Province, covering a development area of 8,244 mu, including 1,050 mu for immediate construction. The park has obvious location advantages: it is located at 18 degrees north latitude, adjacent to the Diaoluoshan National Forest Park, 70km away from Sanya, 120km away from Boao and 225km away from Haikou. The park boasts an excellent natural environment: it is bounded by the Lingshui River in the south, and along the river are 24 hot springs, which have a total daily capacity of over 5,000m3, making the region an ideal place for healthcare. The park will make the best of local resources, including its location, the hot springs and natural environment, etc., to develop healthcare and ecological care into characteristic industries to build a healthcare and tourism consumption center of “medicine, healthcare, research, study and tourism” and a model TCM industry chain of Hainan Province. High-end technology R&D resources will be brought in to carry out prevention and rehabilitation studies and offer high-end prevention and rehabilitation resources to combine healthcare and tourism services perfectly with human care and advanced technology to build an integrated healthcare-oriented tourist resort and a one-stop medical tourism destination. |

| Project Overview | First, project background: The project aims to build a domestic first-class healthcare-oriented tourist resort by developing international medical tourism-related industries, including healthcare, old-age pension and scientific research, building a typical low-carbon and low-emission ecological environment and enriching the domestic and foreign cooperation and exchange platforms for relevant industries. Second, land use scale and construction content: the project covers an area of about 400 mu according to planning. Third, project advantages: the project plans to build a complete medical industry chain by bringing in a hospital (grade-A first-class hospital) as well as healthcare, rehabilitation and research institutions. Project advantages: In its “Thirteenth Five-Year” industry planning, Wanning County proposes to vigorously develop the healthcare industry, encourages social capital to participate in the medical tourism industry, encourages well-known domestic and foreign healthcare institutions to settle down in Wanning, and encourages the existing healthcare institutions to expand their service scope and greatly develop medical service projects, such as TCM rehabilitation, SPA service and forest oxygen-bar rehabilitation based on the unique ecological environment of Xinglong and Liji. |

Second, land use scale and construction content: the project covers an area of about 2,000 mu according to planning. Third, project advantages: the project aims primarily to promote the development of performing arts and sports tourism to enhance Xinglong’s tourism grade so as to drive the development of tourism and other industries. Project advantages: The Sun River is the mother river of Wanning.
